BMOD0018
390 Volt Heavy Duty Transportation Module Overview

The new BMOD0018-P390 (HTM390) module is based on 2.7-volt BOOSTCAP® power cells and incorporates proprietary balancing, monitoring and thermal management capabilities to ensure industry-leading charge/discharge performance, high reliability and long operational life.

The HTM390 meets or exceeds transportation industry requirements for watt-hours of energy storage and watts of power delivery per kilogram, and is designed to perform reliably through one million or more deep charge/discharge cycles, which equates to more than 15 years of operational life.

HTM390 Features:

  • 390V operating voltage
  • Monitoring provisions for temperature and voltage
  • Over 1 million duty cycles
  • sealed from exposure to the elements by being compliant with the IP 65 requirements as detailed in the IEC standards
  • Proprietary material science and packaging technology

Applications:

  • Regenerative Braking
  • Torque Assist Systems
  • Engine Starting
