August 29, 2016 | Simona Vrabiescu, Marketing Communications Manager – EMEA
The beautiful city of Hamburg, Germany has been called the European Wind Capital. Next month, the city will surely be buzzing with wind industry professionals for WindEnergy Hamburg 2016, the annual global on- and offshore expo. Maxwell Technologies will participate as an exhibitor and will feature a variety of ultracapacitor products for pitch control and energy storage in wind applications. Join us for the expo in booth B5.521!
Here are some helpful tips on how to connect with Maxwell before and during the expo.
- Visit Maxwell’s WindEnergy Hamburg page to learn what Maxwell is up to in the world of wind. Order your free entry ticket and meet a Maxwell representative to discuss your interests.
- DISCOVER NEW PITCH AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS! Booth B5.521 is your ultracapacitor destination. Discover the variety of Maxwell ultracapacitor modules for reliable and efficient wind pitch control. Ask us all of your questions about our 16-volt small, 16-volt large, 75-volt and 160-volt modules and learn the benefits of Maxwell’s DuraBlueTM Shock and Vibration Technology. Our customers tell us that ultracapacitors have offered great flexibility and reduced operational costs. We are ready to hear about how your wind turbines are faring and how we can partner to deliver the benefits of ultracapacitor cell technology to your bottom-line.
- Join Maxwell’s wind expert Wolfgang Beez at Speakers’ Corner, September 28 at 12 p.m. Beez is Maxwell’s senior business portfolio manager for wind and will cover the major benefits of ultracapacitor energy storage in his presentation, "Next-Level Wind Pitch Control: The Ultracapacitor Retrofit." Speakers' Corner will be held between halls B1 and B2.
- STAND PARTY! AWARD CELEBRATION! Don’t miss out—it’s on September 29 at 10:00 a.m. We will serve coffee, fresh drinks and breakfast bites. This is the perfect time to connect with your Maxwell contacts and unwind after the first few days of the expo.
Our ultracapacitors are providing their durable performance in over 54,000 wind turbines around the world. WindEnergy Hamburg is the optimum place for us to tell that story and hear about the successes and challenges that you face in our fast-moving industry.
See you in September at WindEnergy Hamburg.
