High Voltage Capacitor Manufacturing Technologies
We use the following technologies in the manufacture of our high voltage capacitors. All of our technologies use biodegradable oil which has no PCB content.

CONDOR (CDOR) TECHNOLOGY
Fully Automated (since 1994)
- Mixed dielectric polypropylen / paperor all film polypropylen
- High temperature stability
- Temperature coefficient - 0,02% per °C
(all film - 0,035% °C) - Winding & assembling of active part fully automated
- Online quality control for each winding
CONDOR is our newest technological development, made of aluminium foil capacitors with polypropylene-paper mixed dielectric, impregnated with synthetic oil. These elements guarantee low weight, short lead times and complete reliability.
Improvements in relation to our other technology include:
- smaller size for the same energy output
- aluminium foils connected without alien parts
- automated test of each winding in an active component
CDCT TECHNOLOGY
- Mixed dielectric polypropylen / paper
- High temperature stability
- Temperature coefficient - 0,02% per °C
- Contact points soldered
CDHT TECHNOLOGY
All paper technology
- Paper dielectric
- Proven technology
- Replacement of old capacitors
- Small series
