The SCS750 single board computer for space is Maxwell's answer to the space industry's need for high performance computing and on-board data processing. The SCS750's design was driven by our guarantee of the highest reliability and performance. Maxwell has implemented a comprehensive radiation mitigation strategy to provide total dose hardness, latch-up immunity and upset error mitigation for the SCS750. Being 1000x faster than current space-qualified single board computers, Maxwell's SCS750 has become the benchmark to which all future space processor boards will be measured.
About RAD-PAK® Technology
Maxwell Technologies' patented RAD-PAK® packaging technology incorporates radiation shielding in the microcircuit package. It eliminates the need for box shielding while providing the required radiation shielding for a lifetime in orbit or space mission. In a GEO orbit, RAD-PAK provides greater than 100 krad (Si) radiation dose tolerance. This product is available with screening up to Class S.
