The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) is the national trade association for the U.S. wind industry – the country’s fastest growing energy industry. With thousands of wind industry members and wind policy advocates, AWEA promotes wind energy as a clean source of electricity for American consumers.

Electrochemical Society

The mission of The Electrochemical Society is to advance theory and practice at the forefront of electrochemical and solid state science and technology, and allied subjects. To encourage research, discussion, critical assessment, and dissemination of knowledge in these fields, the Society holds meetings, publishes scientific papers, fosters training and education of scientists and engineers, and cooperates with other organizations to promote science and technology in the public interest.

Finnish Association of Graduate Engineers TEK

TEK is involved in professional, educational and social matters related to work, employment and the careers of its members at regional, national and international levels. TEK also promotes technology for the benefit of people, the environment and society.

Finnish Association of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers

Vuorimiesyhdistys-Mining and Metallurgical Engineers was founded in 1943. At that time, were members of a hundred, and now almost 2500. Our 72 year continues as an active member of the association in person. Membership consists of mining industry and its related companies and organizations operating in persons. There's geology, mining and beneficiation industry and metal processing professionals. The association's purpose is to promote the professional sector in our country, the members of the mutual convergence and their information skills to maintain.

Maxwell Technologies is an active member of the GRIDSTOR international consortia of electric grid-connected energy storage systems. This Recommended Practice (DNVGL-RP-0043) sets guidelines and methods for the performance, evaluation, operation and safety of energy storage systems deployed by the electric utilities, transmission system operators (TSO’s) and Distribution System Operators (DSO’s) globally. Technical review topics covered in the GRIDSTOR UPDATE include the addition of advanced technologies including ultracapacitors (supercapacitors), cyber security, communication protocols, updating the list of standards and regulations, warranties, policies, regulations, LCoS (Levelized Cost of Sorage) financial justifications, banakability, procurement and decommissioning. Standardization in the field of grid integrated EES Systems. - TC 120 focuses on system aspects on EES Systems rather than energy storage devices. - TC 120 investigates system aspects and the need for new standards for EES Systems.

NAATBatt International

NAATBatt International ("NAATBatt”) is a not-for-profit trade association of companies, associations and research institutions commercializing advanced electrochemical energy storage technology for emerging, high tech applications. NAATBatt members include advanced battery, ultracapacitor and electrode manufacturers, energy materials suppliers, vehicle makers, electric utilities, equipment vendors, service providers, universities and other research institutions.

National Fire Protection Association

The mission of the international nonprofit NFPA, established in 1896, is to reduce the worldwide burden of fire and other hazards on the quality of life by providing and advocating consensus codes and standards, research, training, and education. The world's leading advocate of fire prevention and an authoritative source on public safety, NFPA develops, publishes, and disseminates more than 300 consensus codes and standards intended to minimize the possibility and effects of fire and other risks.

National Human Resources Association (NHRA)

Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration, Inc

The Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME) is a professional society (nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation) whose more than15,000 membership represents all professionals serving the minerals industry in more than 85 countries. SME members include engineers, geologists, metallurgists, educators, students and researchers. SME advances the worldwide minerals community through information exchange and professional development. SME's staff of 48 are located in Englewood, Colorado.

Technology & Maintenance Council

The purpose of the Technology & Maintenance Council is to improve transport equipment, its maintenance and maintenance management. The Council develops Recommended Engineering and Maintenance Practices that are voluntarily adopted by fleets, OEMs and components suppliers.
